I recently used Composite Components to repair a large crack in the seat stay of my Scott CR1 road bike. Glen was confident he could repair the crack, and the quality and expense of carbon fibre components in his workshop was sufficient proof that they knew plenty about carbon fibre composites.

The crack was repaired with success and so I got the whole frame rubbed back and resprayed for a very competitive price. Glen really does know how to treat carbon fibre and customers. I’d have no hesitation recommending his services to anyone.

After a not so pleasant altercation with a car, my favorite FELT frame was looking a little worse for wear.The bike shops I visited were keen to sell me a new bike, but not very helpful when it came to recommending someone who could fix the frame.

After a close inspection of the frame, Glen assured me it can be fixed. I was concerned about the strength of the frame and its appearance after it had been repaired. I shouldn’t have been concerned. One week later Glen rang me to say “job finished”. A coat of clear and the repair blended in with the rest of the frame. The frame looked new!
