Freight options

We have a local courier we use within the Perth area for 'pick ups and drop offs'. With regard to bike stores, they can use our account and quote a dedicated reference and code to receive a monthly or per repair invoice for the courier service – it's a competitively priced courier and there is no obligation to use our courier if you already use another.

With regard to customers finding us via word of mouth or this website or other means, the courier option is still available, the difference is we call the courier and arrange the pickup and drop off, the cost is added to the repair. Alternatively you can drop off the stripped down frame yourself providing you give us some notice beforehand.

Interstate clients

Have the stripped down frame or rim packed in a box (try your bike store for a suitable box), The fastest and most cost effective way of sending your frame to us is using Australia post - Express post, it is a traceable and next day delivery CBD to CBD. It is imperative the frame is packed like the images otherwise the package will exceed the maximum girth measurement set by Australia post and if the box is in rectangular in shape Australia post staff will charge on volume not weight. As an example, sending a frame from Sydney to Perth will cost approximately $45.00 depending on how small and light you can make the package.

Alternatively with the contact details and box dimensions you provide I can organise freight (a quote too if required) via TNT who will pick up the frame wherever it is and deliver it door to door.

Another option still is 'Pack and send' (www.packsend.com.au) or you may already have a freight carrier you prefer to use. We will work with you on this stage via email and/or phone conversations.
